Weekly visits through Florida's growing season, adjusted in the cooler months. The calendar and scope are written into your service agreement.

Is NexCore a landscaping company?

No. CoreScape™ is one of eight packages. The same account manager handles your maintenance, turns, painting and storm response, so grounds problems that touch buildings get solved in one call.

Who handles large trees?

Licensed tree partners that we manage. You deal only with NexCore, and the work shows up on the same invoice with photos.

How do you handle watering restrictions?

Controllers are programmed to follow the local watering rules that apply to the property, and adjusted by season.

What do you do before hurricane season?

We trim hazards we can reach, clear drains and catch basins of debris, and flag trees that need an arborist. After a storm, CoreResponse™ takes over.

Can we keep our current landscaper?

Yes. Many properties start with CoreCare™ and add CoreScape™ when their landscape contract ends.
