Questions

Straight Answers

Question not here? Call (407) 924-5992.

Do I need a contract to call?

No. Anyone can call the 24/7 line. Properties with a pre-storm agreement are scheduled first after a storm, so we recommend setting one up before June 1.

How fast will a crew arrive?

It depends on the storm, the number of calls and road conditions. For clients, response targets are written into the service agreement, and we tell you honestly when we'll be there.

Can you document damage for insurance?

Yes. You get a photo-documented assessment of every building. We document; we don't act as your public adjuster.

Do you handle water extraction and drying?

Water extraction and drying are done by licensed mitigation partners we manage. You still deal with one contact and one invoice.

What should we do before a hurricane?

Start with our hurricane-prep checklist on the Emergency page, or book a pre-season walk and we'll build a plan for your property.
